Shipping rates will be calculated upon checkout. Shipments are subject to stock availability. In-stock orders will ship within 2 business days via UPS. If an order will be delayed by more than 2 business days, we will notify you via email. International orders will ship via UPS Standard International. Please be aware that customs delays are possible. Buyers are responsible for any customs brokerage fees or taxes.When you order from this website, your order ships for a low shipping charge per shelf-panel anywhere in the Contiguous United States. In addition, there will be a one-time $5.95 handling fee per order, no matter how many products you order(for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii please contact us). Your shipping charges to Canada will be slightly higher and the client will be responsible for all customs related charges. Sorry, but we are not currently shipping to locations outside of the US and Canada.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the date of the order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Products returned in new, unused and original condition will receive a full refund, otherwise a 20% restocking fee will apply. Buyers are responsible for shipping fees unless the return/exchange is due to a defective product or company error. Please contact us to initiate a return.
